- Can I use the org chart builder on the Free plan indefinitely?
- Yes. The org chart builder is free forever with no time limit. There is no trial period for the free tier — it is a permanent free product.
- What happens to my org chart data if I downgrade from Professional to Free?
- Your org chart data is retained. You will no longer have access to the full restructure workflow features (consultation templates, decision letters, compliance checklists), but your chart data is preserved.
- Does the Professional plan include GST?
- Prices shown are in NZD excluding GST. New Zealand customers will be charged NZ$149 + GST (15%) = NZ$171.35 per month.
- Is there a discount for annual billing?
- Yes — annual billing is available at a 20% discount (equivalent to 2 months free). Contact us at hello@restructured.org.nz for annual billing.
